I visited the Walmart in Brea recently, and overall it was a solid experience, especially considering how busy these stores can get.
The first thing I noticed was how spacious and well-organized the layout is. It’s one of those locations where you don’t feel overwhelmed the moment you walk in. The aisles are wide, products are generally easy to find, and everything feels structured in a way that makes your shopping efficient rather than chaotic.
They’ve got a great variety of products—from groceries to electronics, household items, and even clothing. I was able to get everything I needed in one trip, which is always a win. The grocery section in particular was well-stocked, fresh, and reasonably priced compared to nearby stores.
What stood out for me was the cleanliness. For a high-traffic Walmart, they’ve done a good job keeping things tidy. Shelves were organized, floors were clean,
I had a very positive experience at Walmart today. I came to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The pharmacy staff were professional, patient, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was clear before I left. I truly appreciate their kindness and efficiency.
While I was there, I also did some grocery shopping and picked up fresh fruits and other daily necessities. The produce section looked clean and well-stocked, and the fruits I purchased were fresh and reasonably priced. It’s very convenient to be able to take care of so many errands in one place — prescriptions, groceries, and household items all in a single trip.
The store was organized, easy to navigate, and the checkout process was quick. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the shopping experience was comfortable and conv
I've been shopping at Walmart for over 30 years, and my experience with Teresa in the Electronics department was one of the worst I've had. She had a very poor attitude and seemed to make up her own policies instead of following Walmart's customer service standards.
I only wish Walmart's corporate team could have witnessed how she treated customers. Her behavior was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service I've come to expect from Walmart over the years. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.
Just ran by the Walmart Optical shop this morning, after dropping and then stepping on my eyeglasses. We’re visiting from Colorado so I didn’t buy my eyeglasses here. Hanna was amazing! She promised to do her best and did a perfect repair. Took less than 5 minutes. She’s personable, kind experienced and did a great job.
What is the point of this if you guys do not come over to it? I ask for help and your associate says I. Need to call someone, sooooo uselleessssss this is why I rather just get stuff from Amazon, target doesn’t have this problem
