We called Service Champions to come out and take a look at our furnace and our HVAC unit. The furnace had a defective part which was causing it to belt out a horrible screech whenever we turned it on. Service technician, Anthony, also inspected the ductwork in the attic and found it was a total disaster from the original installer (not Service Champions). Home improvement Salesperson Eric came out and in thorough detail explained what repairs needed to be done. The following day, technicians Anthony and James came out and took care of the furnace. Installers Michael and Gilbert came out and completely replaced the air ducts in the attic. I also spoke with office staff Monique and Diego who were also very helpful. Alex and Elvis installed my new heater and AC unit. Jose and Hector replaced all the ducts. These guys were efficient, respectful, thorough and very knowledgeable. They worked in a timely manner and left after completely cleaning up. I will definitely be requesting one of these guys for my future maintenance. I am very pleased with the way Cynthia worked with me until I was comfortable with reasonable pricing. As a senior on a fixed income it’s difficult to trust. Hi, my technician Brian Solis showed up on time with a great happy attitude. He performed his duties as a tech with great pride in his work and attention to detail. He was also very friendly and informative with any questions I had. I enjoyed his overall friendly disposition. Bryan Gonzalez did the furnace tune up and cleaning. He showed us a thorough review and condition of our unit. Checked the heating output, carbon Monoxide emissions and changed the air filter. Very kind and polite young man. We'll definitely request him on our next condenser check up.

Oscar Guajardo did the a/c unit maintenance this time. I'm glad we got him! Very polite young man. We had this service for a few times already but it's the First time it got REALLY cleaned!! As usual he reviews the statistics of our unit, educate us on pros and cons, how to properly maintain the unit. He pointed out that it was in a great location, no extreme sun exposure. Something new I learned today.
