Good experience overall. Party of four on a Saturday night (7ish pm).
Wait time was about 30 minutes. Here is where the hiccup happened: One of the hosts wrote our name down on her iPad. But, then people started skipping us, so we asked (nicely). The hosts said “Oh, your party’s name was written on a different iPad.” What is happening? Lol.
I was not very pleased with that answer, no apologies either.
Our waiter on the other hand, super kind, super friendly, very professional and polite. Excellent service on that front.

Let me start by saying, even with the past bad experiences in service that we've had here, we still came back. For one, it's the only Red Robin near us, the location is great as we can get our shopping done and feed our family at a reasonable price without breaking our wallets. It is especially good when you have kids.
The food is good for the price. The quality isn't the best but the value is good with the bottomless refills. Our first original order of food came out rather quick. Everyone's food came out at the same time and it was hot. We asked for extra sauces that didn't come out with our food and had to wait till we got our servers attention about 10 minutes later. Our second order of fries came out fairly quickly as we only ordered one at the time. Then our third orders of two fries, coleslaw, and drinks never came.

First time at this location, the wait time was not bad. We loved the food. Variety of burgers, free refills and great customer service.
Not busy at all. Food was okay not a fan of the Parmesan fries. Or turkey sandwhich. Burgers definitely are smaller in bun size and just all around. Not bad of a price as well for 4 people. Service was nice. Our server was really nice and attentive. Good atmosphere because it was not so busy.. Atleast where we’re sitting.
I enjoyed my cheeseburger and bottomless fries! And Caylon was an excellent server who took care of me quickly and refilled my drink!
