Jesus was a wonderful technician who was informative and provided wonderful customer service. He was quick and efficient. We would recommend this company to friends and family or anyone in need of a solution to their pest problem. We were very happy with the professionalism and results. 5/5 stars. Terminix was a nightmare that turned into a dream with Orkin! No joke! Orkin for the win. Jesus was prompt, thorough, caring and compassionate to our family issues and needs. Highly recommend.

The technician calls me to set up an appointment. The day of the servicing, he calls/text to notify me that he’ll show up within the next 15 minutes. He already knows what to do. After he is done, he emails me a copy of the invoice. Never an issue. Sometimes I’ll even get some complimentary roach motels!

Not really helpful. Was more interested in signing up for a contract. One time activation blah blah ...left the problem dirty. No clean up. Put traps as saw the desperation and charged 150 asked if he had a vaccum for the mess he made ...nope.
