I wanted to recognize Dr.Christina Deckert and her LVN Jenny. Both of them showed kindness, professionalism and caring towards their patient. Dr.Deckert took her time to really see me, instead of my computer me. Which showed me real compassion that you rarely see anymore in Drs these days. She took the time to listen to me and walk me through everything, that way I understood the outcome and next steps of my treatment plan. Then her nurse Jenny showed the same compassion by doing the samething and explaining every step of the process that she did as well. Both treated me with trueprofessionals and true representatives of Kaiser Permanente brand.

DC. Chang is the Best! We are Luckily to have such an attentive Doctor. She Listens to Everything , she’s understanding and ALWAYS offers the best helpful treatment. She is friendly and makes us feel comfortable in every aspect of our health and Always follows up. We will stay with Kaiser as long as she is here. 🤙🏽 Her Nurse is Also the Best!

The Brea location is were I go for the last 15 years.doctor Mathur is my primary physician also for over15years.He is great!!! My wife also has him as her primary physician. The complete staff is also amazing they listen to our needs set us up for future appointments etc. thank you Kaiser!!!!!!

Our recent experience with one of their pediatricians, Kent Keith Fung, was absolutely miserable. Even though It is great that we have a Kaiser facility right here in Brea. having local access to care is great for our community. Unfortunately, Stay away from this doctor. He is rude, constantly rushed, and incredibly judgmental. When I brought up a medical concern about blood in my child's stool and asked if he could encourage my kid to eat more vegetables, he actually told me, "It's not my job to cover your poor parenting." Completely unprofessional and zero bedside manner. Take your kids anywhere else. I am filing a formal complaint with Kaiser for his behavior. We’ll see
