Juana is the best! Me and my girlfriend came here on a late saturday night and had a very pleasant experience overall. I had the spicy poblano omelette with a side of pancakes and she had the split decision breakfast with the request of some adjustments to our food. Juana took our request with ease and was also able to provide us with amazing service throughout our meal. She really is the sweetest. Overall, well done by this location

Driving, hungry and nearing 10pm (maybe it was 935?), so decent Open options were thinning quick... and we certsijlyndisnt want fast food. So we pulled in here. Think there was one other table, soon they left, and it was just us. They must've started closing and putting things away in kitchen because all we ordered was 🥞 and an egg white omelet, yet it felt like forever for the food to come out. Not long after that, cook went hone and it was just our waitress and us in the place. She was nice. Felt bad for her as she was battling some serious allergies. (Kinda makes you think twice w/ all the sneezing/coughing... but I don't think she was sick, and she was really nice. Food was Meh, ok. Nothing to write home about. Not really inspired to return to an IHOP after this, but nothing seriously pushing me away either.

We had an amazing experience at IHOP, and Juana made it even better! From the moment we were seated, she was warm, friendly, and attentive. She checked on us throughout our meal, kept our drinks full, and made us feel genuinely welcome. One thing we especially appreciated was how careful and respectful the staff was when preparing my husband's meal. My husband is Muslim, and they took extra care with his food, which meant a great deal to us. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our dietary needs made us feel valued and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the outstanding service made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Juana, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. IHOP is lucky to have you, and we'll definitely be back!

I like the service here. They are very consistent with service, portions, & quality. I have been served by various waitresses/waiters & they are all very nice & attentive. I was served by Silvia the recent times & she is always nice, on top of the orders, & makes sure to take care of things proactively (napkins, straws, refills, etc). I can tell that everyone is supportive and helps out. Their positivity is seen even through their customers.

We called ahead to let this IHop know we had a large party of 18. As soon as we entered, our server Betty greeted us, had our tables prepared, and sat us down. She was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Betty was attentive to our large family, getting our drinks and refills whenever she saw our glasses empty without us asking. She was extremely polite and flawless with our orders. She made sure everything was perfect and it was. We will definitely come back to this Ihop as both Betty and everyone were amazing!! Thanks for the great experience!
