The market table (salad bar) here is a 10/10 Everything is perfectly prepared. I also loved the specialty drinks and the desserts; they are delicious! The staff is very friendly and professional. ​My only complaint is that the restaurant is quite crowded and the tables are too close together, which makes it feel a bit less private. Make sure to make a reservation in advance! A great spot for a high-quality meal in Brea.

If you've been to Fogo de Chao, you already know all the good reasons for eating there. If you haven't, it's a great experience. Our server, Jordan, was great. Really all the people bringing meat to our table were great telling us a little about what they were serving. The Market Table was AMAZING. Really delicious salads and other treats. The sides that were brought to our table were also delicious...very creamy mashed potatoes, deep fried polenta, and roasted bananas. We had skirt steak, spicy tri tip, bacon wrapped chicken, garlic steak, double cut lamb chops, spicy linguisa, top sirloin, Parmesan pork, bacon wrapped steak, pork belly with lime and honey, and cheese with honey. All were delicious but I really liked the skirt steak and my companion liked the bacon wrapped chicken. Going for brunch was a good choice...not too busy and lower price than dinner. My family has been going to Fogo de Chão for about 15 years, and this was our first visit to the Brea location—the closest one to our home. It was also our first time dining here since it opened fairly recently. We went on a Saturday night, and the place was packed. We were seated near the salad bar, and the tables felt very close together, which made it feel a bit cramped and not the most comfortable dining experience. As for the food, it was what you’d expect from Fogo—consistently good. One thing worth noting, though, was the repetition of certain cuts. We were offered sausage at least half a dozen times, while cuts like picanha and ribeye—which we actually came for—weren’t circulating as much. Happy hour at Fogo de Chão offers a large and flavorful menu with plenty of options to choose from. The caipirinhas were absolutely divine—so refreshing and perfectly balanced. Everything we ordered came out promptly and tasted freshly made. The filet mignon was especially impressive—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The customer service was great—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A fantastic spot to unwind with high-quality food and drinks.

Very delicious and unique private dining experience, with three courses and a different Woodford Reserve whiskey for each one. Zaila was our waitress and was awesome attentive and engaging! Pretty much unlimited portions of each course and could just keep asking for more. Great experience.
